Chicken and Mushrooms in a Garlic White Wine Sauce

I found an amazing new site!  It is http://www.skinnytaste.com/ and it is beautiful.  I made her Chicken and Mushrooms in a Garlic White Wine Sauce and it was incredible!  Brady and I both really loved it.  I made a few modifications, the first was I cubed the chicken because I only had chicken breasts and I don't like the taste of them in a big portion.  I also added a little bit more sauce because I like sauce.  It probably wasn't quite as healthy as hers but it was really great!  I also didn't use the white wine, I substituted it with Apple Cider Vinegar.  It was great and really easy to make.
